Hatebreed

I hope we can all agree that these guys are a fucking disgrace to music. I mean fuck, they piss me off so much.
I mean when your best lyric is
"Destroy Everything(x3)
Obliterate what makes us weak"
Then we have a problem.

The first day SoaS started early recording of our EP, we spent at least an hour discussing how much Hatebreed sucks and how much we hate them xD Even the guy who was doing the recording for us can't stand them. I can;t stand his voice, I can't stand their guitar tone, I can't stand their song structures. They're HORRIBLE D:

And to think that I was going to come on here and make a thread about how awesome they are.

I love Hatebreed, to be honest, hardcore-metal crossover-whatever-the-fuck sounds awesome.

I bought their latest album, it's a force.

I tried to listen to the new album when it came out. I quickly found myself bored and asking myself "What IS this?". To each their own though.

Yeah, I dunno, I just like how simplistic and to the point everything is.

The lyrics aren't spectacular. But lyrics aren't too important to me I guess.

As a vocalist myself, I usually pay attention to the lyrics. I try and take what I can and gather the meaning they were trying to put across and what it means to me. Unless I'm really digging the song. Hatebreed just doesn't do anything for me.

Yeah, some of the lyrics reeeally get on my nerves..

Parts like...

We become our scars
If we let them
But all that we truly need
Is out there for the taking

...Don't really make sense

I believe that is saying that if we dwell on the bad experiences we've had, we'll never move on and be happy. That's just what I gather though

Yeah, that's pretty much it, it just has such a cheesy wording to it I find.

Really good song to listen to though.

Except the fact he attempts singing on it.

I'm sorry to let you down, to each his own though. I really can't see the appeal of these guys, I mean when I went to see Corpse live, Hatebreed was headlining the tour, which honestly made me disgusted, because YES Hatebreed has more record sales. Corpse has die hard fans. So I wish they would have headlined rather than Hatebreed having the longer set and me having to leave after 3 songs by hatebreed, due to the fact that they were fucking stupid.

Hatebreed is the worst thing that has ever happened to Metal.

They are a bigger joke than Anal Cunt, they have NOTHING that shows even a spec of talent.

They are worse than that Brad.
