Battle of the Bands RD 2 - Amon Amarth Vs Iron Maiden

Both bands just barely made it by in RD 1, will this RD be as close or will one of them walk away with an easy battle?

Well. Y'all know I don't like Maiden, and Amon are damn good IMO.

I love Maiden, but I love Amon a bit more.

I dunno, I have put hours into listening to Maiden, and love pretty much all their stuff, but Amon Amarth, I dunno, I just don't dig their songs.. as much as Maiden's. Their still pretty good. But not as good as Maiden.

If Iron Maiden wasn't around, we probably still would have ended up with Amon.

No, but Maiden influenced bands that influenced amon, I'm sure. I still am waiting to hear how Maiden is more Technical.

Iron Maiden has always been a favorite but I've grown a bit of an obbsesion for Amon Amarth.


It was hard for me but I had to go with Maiden.

Amon, is so good.. With Oden on our side, fate of the norns are my favourite albums.

WOOOS and Fate of Norns are definitely their best work, and contain their most amazing songs. You cannot hear the riff to "The Pursuit of Vikings" and not headbang
