Battle of the Bands RD 1 - Lamb of God vs Devildriver

Two of the biggest American bands face off. Which band is better?

Lamb of God definitely. They just put way more emotion into their songs, I find. Wrath was an absolute beauty of an album.

DD is pretty sick, too, but LoG takes it here.

What would be your favorite album?

ATPB by far.. then Gospel and ashes are close.

I don't know why, I just love the hell out of Wrath for some reason, more than the others.

I like the fact they are growing. But Palaces is so brutal, I like that.

I think in comparison to their former albums, Wrath is pretty damn weak, to be honest. But Lamb of God is one of my alltime favorite metal bands, and As The Palaces Burn is my favorite album ever. Blood Junkie + me = wedding bells?

This vote was as big a struggle for me as it would be for Cody to fit into skinny jeans. I love the death out of both of these bands. But I'm going to have to go with LoG. Because Randy is my hero xD and his vocals are sooo Godly

I know I voted for LoG. But it's a little saddening to see DevilDriver going down so hard =/

Yeah, kind of.. it's worse seeing Sepultura get beat down by Bodom. I love Bodom though.

My vote goes to LoG.

Nothing beats an 11 second scream.

I've heard songs where the screams are way longer. It's insane. But Randy can hold a scream for a looong time.
